These Terms apply to all Elisi Coaching invitations, whether they arrive via a website, an invitation page, an email, a checkout, or a digital platform such as Systeme.io.

When we refer to a Client, Participant, or You, we simply mean a person choosing to walk alongside Elisi Coaching through an invitation that includes an exchange, financial or otherwise.

3. Readiness and Responsibility

Elisi Coaching offerings are created for people who are willing to take personal responsibility for their choices, reflections, and actions.

Some experiences, particularly coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitated group spaces, are intended for adults aged eighteen years or older. By accepting an invitation, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your participation is your own conscious choice.

4. What We Offer

Elisi Coaching offers personal growth experiences that are nurturing, uplifting, and intentionally different, through digital programs, memberships, online courses, group and one to one coaching, workshops, training resources, certification pathways, and experiential learning.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, everything is delivered digitally and arrives via email or online access.

5. Invitations and Access

Accepting an invitation is a clear and conscious yes to these Terms.

Once your payment is received, access details are sent to the email address you provided. Please take a moment to ensure your details are correct so the magic reaches you smoothly.

6. Energy Exchange, Pricing, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Investments may evolve as offerings grow. The price shown on the invitation page at the moment you accept is the price that applies. Where required, GST is included in accordance with Australian law.

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time you accept an invitation, including for pre orders and payment plans.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. Elisi Coaching does not store full payment details and never sees your card information.

8. Subscriptions and Payment Plans

Some invitations include ongoing subscriptions or staged payment plans.

In these cases:

• Payments are processed automatically at the agreed rhythm.

• You are responsible for keeping payment details up to date.

• If a payment fails, access may pause until things are brought back into balance.

9. Refunds and Returns

Elisi Coaching experiences are digital, live, or experiential in nature, and they are created for those who feel a genuine pull to step in and explore what is possible. This work is an invitation, not a test run.

When you accept an invitation, you are choosing to meet the experience with presence and curiosity, allowing it to unfold without holding the door half open.

Access is provided at that point, and invitations are therefore treated as a wholehearted yes unless a refund option is clearly stated on the invitation page. 🥰

This creates a spacious, trust based container where each experience can be entered fully, rather than cautiously, and where momentum is supported rather than interrupted.

If a particular experience includes a guarantee or refund option, this will always be shared clearly before you decide to join.

10. Access and Delivery

Access is provided digitally.

If something does not arrive as expected due to incorrect details or external technical issues, we will do our best to support you. Some elements remain beyond human control, and we ask for patience when that occurs😎

11. Sharing, Teaching, and the Gentle Boundary

All Elisi Coaching content, including frameworks, concepts, language, visuals, audios, videos, worksheets, and teachings, remains the intellectual property of Elisi Coaching.

Personal Use

You are warmly invited to use this work for your own personal journey, reflection, and integration.

When something resonates, the instinct to share is natural. If you feel called to pass something on, please share the official invitation or link rather than the materials themselves. This ensures others receive the full experience as it was intended.

Training and Professional Use

Those who invest in Elisi Coaching training, facilitator pathways, certification, licensing, or professional development are granted expanded usage rights appropriate to that level of commitment.

This may include using materials within groups, workshops, or client spaces, and sharing selected resources as part of delivering Elisi aligned work. The exact scope of what may be shared is always outlined within the relevant training or licence documentation.
